Beginner Classes
In this course, I’ll be going over the basic photography, videography, and visual skills necessary to understand the basics needed to create a good quality premium work of art that can go across all mediums of expression.
Week One
Framing
In the first hour we will go over common practices and understandings of framing our pictures and getting the right look.
Advertising
With advertising we’re going to see how do advertisements use frames and how they label their subjects throughout their commercials.
Week Two
Color advertising
Lighting
Then go over how color affects peoples moods and attractions towards different mediums and artistic formats.
In this class when we talk about lighting will be going over different types of lights and how they affect their subjects.
week three
Storyboarding
I will go over how this goes along with our storyboarding and creating the scenes necessary to tell your story.
Aperture and Lens
In this lesson we will go over the understanding of depth between the subject and the background and the different types of lenses that affect the aperture.
Intermediate Classes
In this class we dive further in the understanding of how the arts and business come hand-in-hand. In the beginner class it is easy to see how they come together but the further you are into your industry the further away it seems the other is but here is the next circle of understanding. Through these lessons you understand more about interacting with subjects in real time to create the image necessary to satisfy both clients and muse.
Week Four
Manual Settings
How to understand the three aspects there are to functioning within the camera to help make the picture. Focal length, shutters speed, and the light sensors (iso) are the very important aspects creating the imagery necessary to express the art visualized within.
Business Consulting
Establishing your business needs and going over the basic tactics and approaches in recruiting your first bundle of clients.
Week Five
Comfortability
Then we’ll go over the comfortability levels with you the creator of the image and the subjects your working with and how it effects your visual creation.
Shooting Styles
In this class we will be going over how the three different shooting styles; landscape portrait, and close ups, the objectives to look for in each style in creating a visual project.
Week SIX
Sales
Then we will then go over how to make sales based on your visual style or approach.
Photoshoots
In this last class we will go over what the different levels of photo shoots are from a basic photo shoot into an advance shoot and what it looks like.
Advance Classes
In these classes will be going over project planning, fundraising, and execution and finale these three final classes will go over in detail how to begin and start your projects and complete them step-by-step so that you can become a successful media producer.
Week Seven
Project Planning
In project planning I will go over what are the necessary things that you need in the project and some of the difficulties you might face.
Week Eight
Fundraising
Starting a project can be very expensive and sometimes it can be very inexpensive depending on how you are looking at the project I will show you the many approaches in financing and managing budgets for your projects.
Week Nine
Execution and Finale
In this class I will show you and answer any questions about executing the production, how it will look, play out, what to expect, and how to release your projects. With a finale of graduating the program and receiving your certificate.
